| Just one question regarding this website...they don't subtract the fiber from the carbs to give an actual amount of total carbs...has anyone else noticed this...'cuz wouldn't this be misinformation when you are trying to figure out how many carbs you have had a day and perhaps, it might put you above your daily allowance when technically, you may not even be close to your daily alloweance? | This has caused confusion for many of us, especially during induction. It does show the fiber count in the daily totals at the top of the page - so the information is there. We just have to keep letting people know that if they are going to Fitday. I do wish they would correct that.

| IMO, since we should be aware of our fiber intake also, I think it's a good thing that fitday lists your fiber separate. Again, IMO, I never want a company to take it upon themselves to deduct the fiber then list the carb count...that is something I prefer to do for myself S.
