not going off on another brand..but talking about ice cream...keto makes some which is really good! and its in the little pints so Im not tempted to eat a whole 1/2 gal....so far its been good to me and doesnt affect ketosis when I eat it
now as far as the carb options stuff......most of the products Ive come across are the same or only 1-2 grams more than the regular...but at least 1-2 dollars more??? havent tried any of them because of these issues??? but its nice to know they are trying!!!

Does anyone know of another online store that sells carb options products? They used to sell it in all the store around my area but now all of them are gone & I can't find them anywhere. I checked www.carboptions.com but i can't find just the bbq sauce or alfredo sauce.. when I try to search the carb options section, nothing happens and it keeps forcing me back to the same page. Anyone else having the same problem!? =(

Welcome Inasence. My understanding is that the Carb Options line of products is no longer made. It, like so many other products, was a victim of manufacturers rushing to take advantage of a percieved need for low carb products during the "low carb craze" of a couple of years ago and oversaturating the market. When profits did not meet expectations, they closed down the line.

You ain't kidding Henry. The "percieved need for low carb products" is the reason why that manufactured craze died out just like most of those really poor products they invented. When you read a low carb book like Atkins you learn that there is no need for most if not all of those products. Today there are still low carb products are on the shelf but they just don't say they are low carb. I get ice cream once in a while that's made with Spliend. you need to read the labels and check the carb count. And Dr. Atkins was right. Most of carbs we eat are just filler for the meal. You can eat meatballs and not eat that cheap filler call spaghetti. In my life I don't think I ever sat down to a meal of just a potato. Today I can have a nice steak and not even miss that potato.

How is Carb Options peanut spread different from regular peanut butter? I have been getting Skippy Natural peanut butter... would that work?

Mada, any natural pb that has no added sugar or hydrogenated oils should be fine to use. I do not think the Carb Option products are available any more, anyway.
