| Will someone tell me again what the fat, carb and protein percentages are for Atkins? Yes, I have read the book but I gave it to my girlfriend so she could start this WOE. How do you figure out what percentage of fat etc. you are eating a day? |

| I use www.fitday.com which automatically shows the percentages if you enter your days menu. As far as the amount of fat and protein you should eat you don't need to be real concerned about this. As long as you are keeping your carbs in the desired range the fat/protein will fall where it will. If at some point weight loss stalls then it could eb because you are eating too much protein or calories. Last edited by Rob; 04-26-2004 at 05:50 PM. |
