Smile The Inches are Melting Away!!!

Well, I haven't been on the scale since Saturday morning and that's when I started a week of Induction...nevertheless, a friend gave me some of her size 3/4 dress pants - and I am in a size 5 right now - and to my surprise, when I tried them on, they were a little on the big side...I was thinking 'you've got to be kidding' but it was an awesome feeling! I thought I might still struggle a little to get those on...but there was no struggle at all! She also gave me some size 5/6 dress pants, and they are a little on the loose side. I don't know how much weight I have lost since Saturday but I do know the inches are disappearing - and I'm just excited! I just had to share this joy with someone!

Thank you! Yep...just in time for my trip to AZ...can't wait!

I have a small frame, and some people already think I am too thin, although I am still about 20 lbs above my goal weight - so whenever I run into those people, I just don't tell them I'm still trying to get 20 lbs off of me ...hmmm...to come think about it, for every 10 lbs I lose, I lose a size in clothes...oh, my goodness! That could mean I'll be a size 0 when I hit goal! Wow...haven't been that small since 4th grade!

Work at the Administration Office of Goodwill, and the store is next door. Went there on break just to try on some clothes...about 4 inches away from getting into a size 0...and can get into a tight 2...it's just soooo nice to finally be able to fit into smaller clothes! I just love the feeling! (I think we all do)

yes, it's a good feeling. today i got a snotty comment from a co-worker - she said "since when did you get so OBSESSED w/ your weight?!" and i had to take the time to explain to her that i have never felt better, am not obsessed, just conscious of being healthy, etc, etc. didn't really feel like explaining to myself ... did i mention she was scarfing Popeyes chicken as we talked?? she is overweight and not afraid to say what she thinks ....
anyway, i digress. sheyla, you sound like a real tiny thing. make sure you're eating healthfully on this WOE. i'm SURE you are - just concerned, we don't want you to disappear! LOL ... best of luck!
