| Hello, all! Some of the lovely friends I have made here on LCE have talked about using ACV daily as part of their WOE (specifically, I believe, Braggs organic ACV), and I am now looking for more information on it. I am interested in starting to use it, if I can find it around here (anyone know if Wegman's has it in their Nature's Marketplace section?). However, I am not sure how much, how often, etc. They seem to mix it in with their water, and as I usually drink my water in 16 oz. bottles (willing to spend the money to have it the way I like it, instead of risking not drinking it at all), I am wondering how much I would add to the bottle to make a good dose of the ACV. Also, how many of those servings should I have each day? I usually drink 4 to 6 bottles of water a day...should I add it to all of them? Only half of them? Is 1 T of ACV per bottle too much? Too little? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

| pooh.. i BUMPED the info from the EVERYTHING ELSE thread that has ACV info.. hope it helps... i just take two tablespoons in a shot glass three times a day... i dont want to ruin my water..*L* gets over quick.. i take a chaser of water ... and i am good to go... i use braggs... i have eyeballed where the amount looks on the shot glass.. so i dont need to remeasure everytime.. i quit it for about 10 days... BIG MISTAKE ,, back to doing for the past couple days.. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh good sleep again and skin looking better again ... yikes .. you skeptics should really give this stuff a whirl..i did... i managed to find it in a GALLON bottle at my health food store in a town 50 miles away... its a local place..not a chain store... good luck! i went through it too fast to make a 100 mile trip (50 each way) for a pint or quart .. so i was WAY jacked to find the gallon bottle for about 14 bucks.. |

| I add a Tablespoon per quart of water. I like the way it tastes this way. I vary how much I use each day - usually spike two of my quarts with the ACV. For better sleep, I like to take an evening quart with the ACV. HTH. Alice

| When I first starting using ACV, I always measured out a tablespoon and added it to a big glass of COLD water. Once I got used to the taste, I didn't mind if it was a little stronger, so now I just add a slug to my water glass without measuring. I usually drink it four times a day, before each meal and once in the afternoon. Sometimes I'll drink more...also, adding it to sparkling mineral water helps too - almost like soda (but not really!) I use Braggs, but I've tried all sorts of others too. As long as it's organic, all natural, etc. it should be fine. |

| Check out this link... www.bragg.com They are the ones who make the ACV we are all drinking. They have an FAQ section that should answer some of your questions.
