    Default SF Red Bull

    OK, now don't holler ... i know red bull is not a natural food - but was wondering if anyone has ever tried the SF kind and what they think, etc.
    each can has 3 carbs, but no sugar ... not sure where the carbs come from.
    anyway, i've drank one a couple times before i have a BIG workout planned (after a long day of work) and it has really helped keep me going.
    i think of it as an alternative to coffee (probably about the same carb count as a cup of coffee w/ cream and splenda, but less calories?) ...
    i dunno, what do ya'll think? it has that taurine stuff in it - bad for me?

    If you want the nutritional information about sugar-free Red Bull, you can see it here.

    Further, in small print, the sweetners are Acesulfame K and Aspartame.

    Also, at this site you can scroll down and read the carb content. I'd say the xanthan gum is what contains the carbs.

    I dunno. Could be wrong.

    It's got lots of caffeine, that's for sure.

    I have tried it and like it very much. I don't buy it often due to the price, though. I know that I have read taurine is especially good for weight loss. I have had no ill effects or cravings from using this product. As for weight loss, I'm so close to goal and it's been coming off slowly anyways, I don't think it has any impact, at least on me.
