OK, now don't holler... i know red bull is not a natural food - but was wondering if anyone has ever tried the SF kind and what they think, etc.
each can has 3 carbs, but no sugar ... not sure where the carbs come from.
anyway, i've drank one a couple times before i have a BIG workout planned (after a long day of work) and it has really helped keep me going.
i think of it as an alternative to coffee (probably about the same carb count as a cup of coffee w/ cream and splenda, but less calories?) ...
i dunno, what do ya'll think? it has that taurine stuff in it - bad for me?![]()
