I have tried the brownies and chocolate chip cake. I really like the cake! I cut them in single serving size and freeze. I bought both of them a month ago and I still have some left . I have not tried the cookies because I am afraid that I would not have the will-power to just eat a few.

According to a review here about the Entenmann's brand of low carb baked goods, they are made with white flour and malitol. Not only that, they are advocated by the Atkins' people, but recommended only for Phase Four (maintenance), so I can't eat it since I'm still in the OWL phase.

The review is worth a read. The guy is right, the Entenmann's website is a joke. Took me forever to find it in the first place. I'm going to the grocery store this afternoon and I will look at the nutritional label of one of their products and report back.

Oh....I see that Rob has already posted that link. Sorry.

wow, thanks april, and to think i have been eating the muffins kinda regular, but funny thing is they havent slowed my weight loss, but im not gonna continue to take chances either, lol. well the 3 more that are left in my freezer i guess i will save them as my once a week off plan treat. thats why i love this board, even when im doing something unconsciencly that could sabotage me, i always get some kinda of feedback that educates me and point me in the right direction.
