    Default Re-induction

I have seen a few posts where a few of you all have recently went through reinduction. What did you do differently instead of cutting the obvious--carbs? Did you add more water, cut pop, cut out locarb treats, etc?? I am reinducting and just wondered a few times from reinducting veterans. Thanks.

I went back to 25gs of carbs--leaving the nuts in--and have done fantastic again! Not as dramatic as last time, but after 10 days of eating in restaurants every meal and some pretty high carb meals I felt I needed to back down again. I lost 2.5 lbs last week and 1 so far this week. I have also added some intentional exercise daily. I didn't cut anything out that I didn't cut out in induction except nuts--I eat sunflower seeds and almonds mostly for nuts. I cut back on pop and other drinks besides water, but mostly just the LC junk foods and starches.

After I went off the plan for a few days on my cruise, I just went back to induction only foods for a while. I was not counting carbs, but I am sure I was near the 20 mark. I did not have any "fake" foods or nuts. Just meats, cheese and veggies. I have lost about 6 pounds since my cruise, which was a little over 3 weeks ago. I stayed with the induction only foods for 5 days and then have only added OWL foods at a minimum.

When I went back on induction, I did pretty much the same thing as Road. I stuck to eggs, cheese, meats, veggies and water.

When I went back on induction, I went back to the basics - meat, eggs, lots of veggies. But I also included some exercise. Good Luck!
