That was beautiful, Knowles.

It's really true; it does not matter what size, shape, color or age we are, we all want the same thing...to be comfortable in our own skin and to like who we are. It sounds like that is happening for you, and I am SO glad. Thank you for sharing with us.

Wow Knowles. I'm so proud of you. You've achieved what I've been striving for - emotional health and confidence.

You go girl!!

knowles- that is a beautiful story!

it's funny sometimes how it's hard for us to believe in that beauty that others can see in us. we get distracted by the weight and are too busy being angry with ourselves for not measuring up that we don't realize and acknowledge what's always been there, and always will be.

getting a chance to feel like who you really are...wow! that's powerful. that's a wonderful gift you've given yourself. and i think it will make a tremendous difference in your life.

kudos, baby!
