| I've had the chocolate - I think it is great, and I am VERY PICKY about flavor and texture. I also think the Atkins is fine. I have noticed that in checking some of the labels on regular sugar-free ice cream, that the carb count can be just as low... Sandy

| i don't know if you have carbsmart, but the choc. carbsmart is great, too! i'd be hardpressed to distinguish it from reg. choc. ice cream. the vanilla is ok, but not as good as the choc.

| No, my supermarket does not have it yet. I have tried the Atkins endulge pints, and they are great. The carbsmart ones are not bad either. Both are better (and less trouble) than my home made ice cream.

| Haven't seen the keto, but found something called 'Skinny Carb Bar' with only 3g net carbs (1 g sugar alcohol) I tried the Vanilla Caramel Pecan flavor - it is the kind on a stick, shaped like a Dove bar. yummy! and generous size too ;-) |

| I've used the Keto Icecream Mix for my icecream maker. I LOVE it and there aren't any sugar alcohols in it. I have the Keto Funky Chunky - premade (with chocolate and cherries) and it's pretty good. By far, I think I like the CarbSmart Butter Pecan the best so far. It has large chunks of pecans in it. I try to limit my serving size to 1/2 cup, because most of the LC Icecreams have maltitol in them. This is something to be used with caution. Sugar alcohols give me the trots if I eat too much. In others, who don't get any kind of intestinal distress, it can affect your body exactly like sugar. This is why I need to break out my Ice Cream Maker again and start using the mixes again. I can add nuts, fruit bits, peanut butter, whatever to the finished product and it's as good as store bought. (can you tell I like JUNK in my IC??? LOL) So be careful of the icecreams made with sugar alcohols.

| I've tried a few kinds of LC ice cream and they don't seem to bother me or stall me. Not that I could tell when I hit a stall, as slow as I'm losing! I like the Ben & Jerry's. I figure if I'm going to have it as a rare treat, I might as well get the good stuff. |

| I've never tried using any of the ice cream mixes for the ice cream makers. I may have to look for these. I'm curious now......

| I was able to find the IC mixes at my local health food store, which they had to special order for me. I can now find it at our newest LC store, Good Carbs. It's kind of expensive, but it's not something one should eat all the time anyway, so a little goes a long way.

| Ive tried a few ice creams myself, being a ice cream junkie, and my favorite by far is by Blue bunny, they have a bar that is vanilla ice cream coated with choc with bits of almonds in the coating, omg delish. and the same brand have a bulk called choc almond fudge, man this one can be addictive, so if youre like me and weak for ice cream i wouldnt advice you to mess with that one. It takes everything in me to eat only a small portioned serving. I'm just so glad that ice cream doesnt wreak havoc on my weight loss, cuz i do have it at least 3 times a week.

| I've tried a lot of different brands - Keto, Atkins, CarbSmart, Carb Solutions, Ben & Jerry's - and I have to say I haven't had one yet I DIDN'T like! LOL!! Last weekend I bought the Carb Solutions chocolate/peanut butter swirl - it's pretty dang tasty - for Mother's Day I made a pan of Atkins brownies and topped each with a scoop of that ice cream...heaven on a plate. The brownies were even better the NEXT day.... Kinda pricey, carb-wise, at 9 per brownie, but for a special occasion indulgence, it was worth it! Char
