She's not on an LC diet but has lost almost 200 pounds in the past two years. She's getting an opportunity to run an espresso stand, and her first thought was to offer LC drinks. She said that when I visited a few weeks ago, my talk about LC got her to thinking. The stand is in the Seattle area, where they drink a LOT of coffee. She's planning to figure out low carb versions of all the coffee and blended drinks. I think this is a great idea--I was really happy to find an espresso stand where I had a lot of choices of flavors for an Italian soda. It's the kind of place I'd go back to again. Her boss is diabetic, so he's also happy about the idea.

Can anyone point me to a source for LC espresso-stand type drink recipes? Or do you know of any yourself?

Hi, Terra!

I don't even know what would be sold at an expresso stand, no less where to find a recipe. Never saw one in Hooterville.

But I did want to say, WTG on your daughter's successes! Good for her!

A place here in Spokane WA called Four Seasons Coffee carries the Lo Carb Mocha Granita mix...my work talked about getting it because it is in high demand...but it was so expensive, they ended up passing and instead, got the lo carb chocolate sauce which makes really good hot chocolates and mochas, too, for that matter...if there is a place like that or an URM over there, might try those two places...both of them carry low carb coffee products from my understanding.
