| Well, the last couple of days have been a carb splurge. The first time I have gone off plan! ARghhh... I think I am going back on Induction for a week or two just to get myself back in control of what I am doing. I have lost 52 lbs since January and do not want to mess up now.... Gonna refocus and cleanse my system again. Luckily I have not gone up in weight!! Back to the drawing board for a while. I want to meet my goals this year and am going to do it.....

| Good for you for picking up right where you left off, and for not allowing yourself to fall back into old habits. You're an inspiration to us all! And don't worry - you'll reach your goals in no time!

| Thanks for the support. Today is a new day and I feel like renewing my commitment. Plan is for 20 carbs and to make sure I get my water in. It is so pretty here today, that I should be able to get a good walk in too.

| Thanks Paladin. I was really disgusted with myself. Thought after doing so well, that I had overcome some bad habits, but found out that I have not conquered them yet. The support from this forum is awesome! I have done much better today. 22 carbs and 94 ounces of water. Hopefully in a few days, I will feel in control of those cravings again.

| slate- i hope you don't continue to feel disgusted or upset with yourself. sure, you got distracted for a bit, but in the end, not only did you get right back on track, but you learned what happens for you when you get distracted, y'kno? and that knowledge can keep you on track now...i look at it this way: "normal weight" people have periods where they may overeat, right? and what do they do? they go, "oooh! better cut back" and that's that, right? anywho, that's my take. glad to hear you're back on track! |

| Thanks Goddess, I have had a couple of really good days and I hope to refocus on wol. Have had some sad news re: a foster child --- and am having a hard time dealing with it all. I know what I need to do and am planning a weekend getaway to get my head and heart back together. Cannot really post about the child, but am hanging tough to my faith to keep going. Yesterday I had 22 carbs, 94 ounces of water and walked 2 miles. Today, 35 carbs, 80 ounces of water and walked 4.5 miles. I feel better physically and know that I will feel better spiritually and in my heart soon.

| 52 pounds since January is a lot of weight! I admit I'm a bit jealous. |

| I too have had a Stressful week--and it is only Thursday!!!! I am jealous of the 52 and I have lost 44!!! Great Job!
