 ? about ground pork sausage... We had our pig butchered and the butcher prepared the different cuts for us. I have some ground pork sausage and would LOVE to have sausage patties for breakfast. My assumption would be that these are safer then what you would buy at the grocery store (ie. no hidden sugar or fillers). Is this a safe assumption? Is this alright to eat? Am I asking this question for nothing... lol My frying pan awaits an answer.  Thank you!

 Re: ? about ground pork sausage... I would assume it should be very good. Can you call the butcher and ask what if anything was put into the sausages?
