Default A whoosh.....YIPPEE

Hi all,
Finally I am beginning to see some changes with my body, clothes and scale.

I lost another 3.5lbs this week...bringing total to 31 in four months. I have never had an easier time at losing weight and actually enjoying the process. I do not feel deprived and I don't crave things and I eat well.

My body is tired alot; I yawn constantly....but I feel fine and sleep great...though I feel as though I could sleep for years and still sleep.

Just wanted to share...I am so proud of myself.

I am 12lbs for my original goal...and now I want to adjust that goal and go lower...maybe by another 20lbs. We'll see :o)

Congrats, Good for You!!!

Send that fairy over my way would ya?

I am curious about your body feeling tired. I certainly have not felt that way during this woe. Are you exercising enough or too much? Do you take vitamins?

I exrecise four times a week doing an exercise video for half hour each time. I do not take any supplements/vitamins. I have tried/bought lots and end up forgetting them almost daily. I also have a thyroid problem...I have half of it removed a few years back...since then I have been lethargic and tired...but the tests always show normal functioning. I don't know what is causing it.

Thanks for the well wishes all. :o)

"I do not take any supplements/vitamins. I have tried/bought lots and end up forgetting them almost daily. "

I have two thoughts.

1) If you still have them, try taking them again. It wouldn't hurt! Maybe it takes time for them to make you feel better.

2) Woops, I forgot to take mine after lunch. I usually always remember....

Wow congratulations on your success, and as for the supplements, sweetie its not an option, you have to develop some system to take your supplements, for me its taking them in the am before i get dressed, its part of my routine, im not dressed until i take my supplements. Now, i do tend the to forget some of the ones i need to take throughout the day, but the main ones are taken in the morning with my breakfast.

So please, please for your health, take those supplements, your body will thank you in a few weeks.
