You are invited........... Many of you have been at this WOE and WOL now for quite a while. Some of you may be wondering how you can improve your loss, get past a stall, or maintain your new goal weight. If this describes you, you are invited to join us in the Vet's Forum, track your daily intake, and post it for support from others. Use Fitday, or whatever program you wish to help you determine calories, fat, carbs, and protein. Post the results everyday and we will all work through the ups and downs of your progress together.
Now, I admit that if you go to look at our thread right now, you will see that most of our members randomly check in and lately chat more that post daily intakes. I'm as guilty as the rest. But, I can assure you that the accountability that I felt before I reached goal was extremely important in my reaching that objective. Please come join us. We would love to have some "new blood".
