Default A berry good whoosh!

I had been stalled for about 3 weeks and was getting pretty frustrated as you can imagine - the other day at the grocery store strawberries, rasberries, and black berries were on sale and gorgeous looking! It has been a long time since I have had fruit (yes, I am paranoid of adding additional carbs) and I figured what the heck - I'm not losing...I'm going to splurge - bought a bunch of berries -- went home had a lovely bowl of them mixed with a dollop of whipped heavy cream....yummmm...bliss! It was like summer finally arrived! I did the same thing last night as well and then kind of freaked out this morning so I decided to weigh myself and whoosh! 4 POUNDS GONE!!!! Could it of been the berries? They have been the only thing different that I've eaten in the past few weeks. Now, I know strawberries are OK after induction...but can someone tell me about the raspberries and backberries?

Duh! I just read about berries in another thread.....

Very possibly it was the berries. Sometimes when we add in carbs, as we're supposed to, we'll lose weight. Blackberries and raspberries are allowed fruits as well as strawberries.
