| CNN Report on how a Low Carb diets allow you to lose the weight quicker than Low fat (but they tack on the sme issue about how "over a year" you lose the same amount of weight as low fat...) My one question from this article... did they keep the LCers on Induction the whole time? They state that they were kept at under 30 grams of carbs for the diet. That's rather strict for some people who can handle higher carbs allotments. http://www.cnn.com/2004/HEALTH/diet....eut/index.html
