Default Egg fast....need info~!

So I have heard about the egg fasts.... but anyone know how they really work... or how much and when you should be eating them? Any "real" instructions on how to do it? I want to try it, but unsure how to go about it.

well, i do this sometimes. basically i've seen lots of different takes on this, and i only do it when i'm getting frustrated with a stall because it's a bit tedious.

basically, i just make eggs the biggest part of my diet for a day or two. i still have some bacon...a little cheese on the eggs or a little cream in scrambled. i make them however i can think of to keep it interesting. scrambled, fried, hard boiled, deviled, omliettized, whatever.

i also eat some salad during this time--the variety helps-- and sometimes take an extra vitamin. i usually only do this for a day or two, though, 'cause i don't want to get burned out on eggs.

i usually cook up a whole bunch of eggs at the beginning so i can just nuke the ones that need to be heated up. it makes it way easier. having a bag of hardboiled eggs meant they and deviled eggs were available for a quick snack.

mmmm. i think i should make some tonight!

So once you go back to your normal lc woe after say 1 or 2 days, i would imagine you would gain the weight back. I don't really understand how that works.

i can't say that i understand how or why it works, either. but after i read about it, i tried it and every time i personally tried it, it did get the losses going again. i've been lucky enough not to have hit a significant stall (knock on wood), but like everybody else i get ansty and worried at "pauses." hey, maybe it's superstition on my part. but you know...ymmv
