Smile Can there be an "Inches" Woosh Fairy?

I haven't lost one single pound in over a month and I was getting very discourraged. I've been working out faithfully since February at least 5-6 days per week. I've been doing Tae Bo with weight resistence so I thought maybe it is fat turning into muscle, but I was still discouraged.

I took my measurements on Saturday with my weigh-in and.......drumroll, please......I lost 4 inches in one week!!!! I took them again to be sure and yep, 4 inches lost in a week!

I don't know how this is possible, but yeah!

My total weight loss is "only" 20 pounds, but my inches lost is now over 18" !!!

That means I've lost over a foot and a half of myself since January 9th!!!

I am proud of this and it keeps me going as do all of you on this site.

So, THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE FOR ME!!!!!

Great News!! This confirms your theory that you have been exchanging fat for muscle.

It's just so weird how our bodies work when we "work it"!

I can now fit into my 15-year-old DD's 13 Jr. jeans! Woohoo!

Scary isn't it!!!! Questions is--would you want to wear them??? LOL

I have done that too--I have lost an astounding 49 lbs in just over 4 1/2 months, but I have also lost 30 inches! That is 2 1/2 feet off my body--which is a LOT!

Huskersfan,

WOWEE, WOW, WOW!!!! How miraculous - 30 inches! Good for you!!! Way to go!!!

And by the way, you're right, I wouldn't want to wear MOST of what my DD wears, but it is nice knowing I can fit my butt into a jr size!!!

Thank you for your nice comments everyone. You keep me going.
