Question crystal light

Hey just wondering if Crystal light drink mixes are ok with owl. I have to do something other than water and flavored seltzers. It's summer and I need some Ice Tea. Has anyone tried them?,have they been known to cause a stall? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

Well i think they contain aspartame which can be very unfriendly. after reading so much about it i just choose to stay away completed.

you can make yourself a nice pitcher of fresh brewed tea or maybe some homemade limeade sweetened with splenda, if i could drink anything other than water it would definetly be the limeade, but with having to drink more than a gal of water i cant fit anything else in.

We just had this discussion at work Friday...the mixes:tubs for 2 qts, packets for 8 oz. and On the Go tubes for 20 oz. water bottles are sweetened with aspartame (Nutrisweet), but the "ready to drink" bottles are sweetened with Splenda. I verified this on the Kraft foods website. I had forgotten to mention this earlier this weekend, so I'm glad you asked, Meg. Personally, I LOVE iced tea (regular or green) sweetened with Splenda. Tea has antioxidants in it and doesn't have as much caffiene as sodas and coffee. I drink water, iced tea, unsweetened soymilk and an occasional diet soda. Diet RC and Diet Rite are both sweetened with Splenda. (Limeade does sound good! Sonic makes a diet Limeade, but I don't know how it is sweetened...)

I have had the Crystal light and not noticed any effects. Guess it is one of those YMMV things. I like my caffeine free diet mountain dew too and it also has the dreaded aspartame in it. So far, it works for me.

I use all the different flavors of Crystal light, and have had no problems...
