Keebler cookies

"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Tried a Keebler peanut butter cookie with 3 net carbs today. Delicious. They have 3 flavors -- and of course it will not be an every day thing. Nice treat for once in a while ...."

I bought the chocolate ones with nuts in them. Crunchy! And good flavor, but I had the tummy rumblies not long after eating just ONE. Some l/c things have that effect on me, depending on the sweeteners. I saw some Carbwell cookies (Nabisco) like the Snackwell ones at Kroger. I may try them next time.

i've tried the carbwell. they taste fine, but at 8 or 9 carbs each, i don't consider them much of a carb deal and they are way expensive anyway. plus i have to watch my snacks or it gets a bit out of hand...lol

Try watermelon--I know higher carb--but at 2.99 for a 15 lb melon we will have it for a while.
