I find low-carb ice cream (especially Keto's Cookies & Cream) to be a saving grace on many an occasion. Thanks!

.......That carton of Blue Bell I bought a week or so ago...........goner. I'm afraid that I shouldn't buy the stuff regularly.

I've discovered that I adore butter pecan .. the low carb by Bryers... I think maybe I'm better off not buying it too often..lol.. the other flavors I can handle, but that butter pecan... it just keeps calling my name, and I find it soooo hard to resist...lol.

I agree on the Breyers Butter Pecan. Very dangerous stuff. But oh so good.

Oh well, none here in New England. I would go and get a scoop or two if there was a shop nearby. I cannot buy a half gallon at the store as I would just consume the whole thing within a few days.

We have discovered Blue Bunny Carb Freedom IC Bars 3 grams per bar. We tried the kind with almonds and oh they were good! Unfortunately, Dear Partner and I polished off the box of 6 within 2 days. OOps. Ice Cream is dangerous!!!!!!!

The other thing we tried was the Atkins Endulge BArs--they are dark choc and taste exactly like I remember Eskimo Pies tasting. More danger!

These are snakcs we will buy only occasionally. Road King, I cannot buy half gallons either...too hard to be moderate!

I heard our Baskin Robbins here had low carb ice cream but so far only banana flavor. Now, that doesn't even sound good. Maybe the selection will grow to include my all time fave, Pralines and Cream in a low carb version!

Boy do I want some Ice Cream after this thread!!!!!!
