| Does anyone know if it is safe to take L-glutamine and L-carnitine together? I don't know if they essentially do the same thing? The glutamine has been helping me with the sugar cravings a little, but I thought maybe adding the carnitine would help me metabolize better...seeing the scale isn't budging. I was also looking into taking inositol, but that hasn't been discussed much here. any feedback?

| I am not sure about mixing the two supps, but I do have to add that I agree about the L-Glut helping with sugar cravings. Just the other day, I was really craving something sweet. I wasn't hungry, so I really didn't want to eat, even something that was an LC sweet, just to satisfy the craving. I remembered that I had some L-Glut. I got a capsule, broke it open and put some under my tongue (maybe 1/4 of the capsule). I recapped it and swallowed the rest. My cravings disappeared immediately. Amazing. What a life saver.
