| I've noticed lately at lunch i'm not eating what I should be (mostly due to lack of time to prepare lunch).... has anyone used the Keto shakes? I'm curious if it's a YMMV or over all a good thing? (I'm thinking MAYBE 2xs a week i'll use this as a meal replacement) Just wanting to get some feedback first

| thanks andrea. I just bought the peaches and cream today... but was a little weary about starting to use it. (the orange did look good... but can't have citrus flavored stuff :( ) Hopefully they won't stall me either!

| I haven't used the Keto brand yet. I bought some CarbSolutions and I really like it except for the fact that it has hygrogenated oils in it. Must not be much, though, it is listed close to the end of the ingredient list. And, I only drink them as you do: 2 times a week or so. Since I am lactose intolerant, and have grown to love soymilk, I mix the powder with soymilk and ice and a teaspoon of store brand Metamucil type fiber powder. It thickens the shake and I can't even tell it's in there. (Adds fiber without the yuck factor.) I drink one as a meal replacement or eat a half portion, semi-frozen, as a dessert. I also buy the EAS lowcarb ready-to-drink shakes and keep them at work for when I don't have the time or money for lunch! Seem like the shake items don't have as much of the sugar alcohols in them as the bars....most of those make me queasy. I may try the Keto brand soon, since you like it and are losing weight so well. And, of course, with Andrea's endorsement, it MUST be okay! Keep up the good work.

| The Slimfast low-carb shakes provide pretty decent nutrition too, and are a little less expensive than Keto. They do contain a gram or two of sugar, but otherwise the ingredient panel looks real good. I really like the taste of the chocolate ones, but not so much the vanilla. As far as I know, those are the only flavors available so far. If you decide to try these, be SURE you're getting the low-carb version...the packaging does not make it easy to distinguish the lc from the regular, and the regular Slimfast shakes are evil.
