| Yeah, I have soy sauce on my own private list of things to avoid or eat sparingly. It's the wheat that spooks me. Soy sauce tastes wonderful. I could easily become addicted to it again. But, for me, there is something about it very "carby" (is that a new word?) as if it had something high glycemic in it. I get such a mouth-watering rush that I could just guzzle a whole bottle. That's a bad sign for me. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know. It's a gut feeling.

| I have the Braggs Liquid Aminos which I use in place of soy sauce but I don't have the carb info handy - not sure how it compares but it sure is good!! Char
