...for a change! I finally found something to fix for dinner that the kids loved, and John and I did could eat, too, since it was compeltely low carb.
I have a huge crock pot and I filled it with Tyson's frozen chicken wings and legs. I added 1 cup of soy sauce (no carbs), 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and onion powder each, 1 teaspoon of ginger, and then I added some brown sugar Sugar Twin and Splenda.
I cooked those suckers on high for 5 hours and we dug in. They were so good, the kids wanted more. I served steamed broccoli as a side dish, and then the kids ate sugar-free jello for dessert (although they didn't know it was sugar-free).
It feels great to finally find something low carb that everyone will eat.
