| I've noticed Hydogenated Starch in some Sugar free products and also in some low carb products. What it is? |

| I don't know what it is, but isn't it scary to read what actually goes into some of the processed stuff out there? Definitely not as Mother Nature meant for us to live. That being said, some of that stuff tastes so good!

| Hydrogenated Starch = Hydrogenated Starch Hydrosylate = HSH = Polyglycitol Those are all names for a sugar alcohol syrup that is mostly maltitol. So, just translate it to maltitol.
