It has been ages since I've seen one of her post. I sent her a pm but she hasn't answered. Has anyone heard from her? Do you know if she is okay?

I received an email from her just the other day. She's fine and will probably be in here shortly to tell us what's up with her.

Thanks Rob at least I know she is okay, I never did get an email address for her so I couldn't try to contact except through pm. Maybe she will come back soon and let us know how she's doing.

Hi sweetie, I am not getting my private messages for some reason. Rob, Lori, and Donna have emailed me and I responded to Rob and Donna so far....Lori....you are my next free moment. I miss you Anita and think of you often....all of you...in fact. I have not been faithful to low carbing for a month. I do not want to be a hypocrite and come in ....if I am doing so bad......I have not gained any more weight....thank goodness. I am steady at a 56 pound weight loss. I do not want to ask for advice or a pep talk because I know what I need to do.......I just need to do it!!!! Somehow....this is not an excuse........well maybe it is.............since I am dating a man that is not low carbing and has two young children,......I am making potatoes, having bread and ice cream in the house....and my will power ....Loretta..has gone down the toilet...(for all you Moonstruck fans). Also, summer....ice cream trucks....hamburgers......movies.....eating on the run....all terrible excuses.......I know....it is motivation.....and me....being weak...(which makes me sick and embarrassed) I so need to lose more weight......I have made myself promise that if I do not restart this summer...I will (no ifs, ands, or buts) in September. Cop out? Maybe...I hope not.....


I miss you all.....wish you all the will power you need.....and all the happiness you deserve!!!!!
