Bought some CLA supplements at GNC yesterday, boy are those suckers huge!!!! I'll keep you guys posted and let you know if they seem to be working!!!

Who much did they cost and how may grams per caplet?


The reason I ask is that I did CLA supplementation a while back. I ended up going with the liquid CLA since its was cheaper that way. They recommend 4g per day which (at the time) was about $25 ish a month on liquid CLA but was close to $40 a month on caplets.

I did drop some fat% but I was also working out and such at the time so I do not know which was working (maybe both?).

I only stuck with it for about 4 months though and you need to do it for at least a year to get the full benefit (per the studies).

It's the GNC brand CLA in capsule form, 1000 mg 3 x a day with meals. 60 capsules cost me $16.99 (with my gold card discount). I'm working out as well, so thought I'd give it a try.

Noticed that you're from Williamsburg, we lived in Newport News, VA from 1996-2000. I enjoyed living there, my daughter was born at Langley, Air Force Base.... That place brings back happy memories!!!!!

Yep. I grew up in Newport News (30+ years) and moved to Williamsburg about 1.5 years ago. I still work in Hampton.


This area is way way too crowded now. Traffic jams everyday.:(
