I'm going to buy some after I get off of work tonight (SeaSalt that is) Is it ok if I were to make a ACV/SS shooter? Just put both in the lil' shot glass shake it up and down the hatch? I started the ACV again last night and OH MY GOD I woke up when my alarm went off this morning!! I have been hitting snooze and being late for the past month and 1/2 almost! That was awesome! I just have to figure out how to get it to work to get one in around lunch time. Where did the smiley face icons go? I've been meaning to ask that I want the little green jumpy faces...heads...things...those.

i somehow got away from the ACV, and I really noticed it in my ability to wake refreshed, (usually b4 the alarm went off). Gonna start it up again.
I don't know about combining them?? Have you checked out the old thread on this? It may have addresses this question. Can't remember if it is under OWL or everything else, but there are several pages...... good luck!

amazing how much better you sleep with ACV so it goes without saying you will wake up more refreshed... ;-)
as for how to get some in at work... well i have a bottle AT work.. (i refill from the gallon at home) and a shot glass... OR.. when i GO somewhere... i have a little bottle (smaller than water bottles (some kids drink called bug juice has a tiny sized bottle) with the sip top that i put a shot in fill with water and take along in my oversized purse...
i even keep a makeup sponge in a ziplock bag with a shot in it... so i can refresh my face skin when i am away from home....:-)
great stuff eh?

You may need to go to User CP, edit options - at the bottom of the page is the Message Editor Interface.
you will need to select from the dropdown either standard editor or enhanced interface - the basic doesn't work with the little guys.

Next to you geniuses I feel totally dumb, for I still don't get it. What is ACV? I mean what does it do? What is the seasalt/watercure? Any link or previous posts I could relate to?

If you will go to the *Everything Else* forum, click on the *search this forum* option, in the light blue tool bar,upper right, and type in *watercure*, several threads will come up.
As for the purpose of ACV(apple cider vinegar), it supposedly aids in digestion and some believe it aids in joint pain as well.
