WOW! Thank you Jooneezgrl, your Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche ROCKED! We had it tonight and it was really quick to make! Even the DH loved it....! Fantastic taste, texture, etc.. Just thought I'd share this with everyone, you all MUST try it! Bravo!

So glad to hear you liked it. It's one of our faves--we make it every other week and eat on it til it's gone for any meal. Not sure what makes it so good--might be the mayo. Anyway...YUM.

I realized after having it many times that maybe someone else could benefit from it, so i'm like "DUH, post it on LCE!!" It was my first time posting a recipe but it turned out to be very easy. Sooo...If any of you have some favorites you're not sharing, put them out here for all of us to try!
