| Well, after being disappointed 'bout the scale going up and not down over this past week after days and days of running and running...decided to go into the thrift shop to try on clothes just for the fun of it...smaller sizes, of course...hmmm...to my surprise, could get into size 1, 2, and 3 w/ no problem. Of course, they weren't jeans...they were dress pants...but they fit! Was I surprised! Wasn't expecting that...so was thinking that perhaps I am losing inches...it just hasn't shown on the scale yet...what a nice outcome of being able to get into those sizes...the only thing that is lame... they don't make dresses for people that size who are well endowed. Oh well. I'll survive with a bigger size for that reason.... Sheyla |

| Sheyla, it is always a good idea to take your measurements, 'cause often it (loss) will show up in lost inches, rather than lost pounds! And, hey, inches is what shows!! Congratulations on being able ot fit those smaller sizes! |
