| I feel like I'm splurging on carbs, but I still can't get to my CCL for losing each day. It's driving me NUTS.... anyone have any advice? |

| What is your CCLL? What's a typcial day's menu? Knowing that will help in being able to give you suggestions.

| Well, in your previous post here, you stated that you simply ate pork rinds and water as a meal. Um....that's truly unhealthy and not a way to up your carbs. My suggestion would be that you eat unlimited amounts of low glycemic vegetables all day long, and a hefty portion of protein at one of your meals. You can also add a few berries and cheeses into your daily eating regimen. But, by far, the way to up your carbs is with vegetables -- not pork rinds and water. My two cents.....
