Not getting enough carbs....

"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I feel like I'm splurging on carbs, but I still can't get to my CCL for losing each day. It's driving me NUTS.... anyone have any advice?...."

What is your CCLL? What's a typcial day's menu? Knowing that will help in being able to give you suggestions.

Well, in your previous post here, you stated that you simply ate pork rinds and water as a meal.

Um....that's truly unhealthy and not a way to up your carbs.

My suggestion would be that you eat unlimited amounts of low glycemic vegetables all day long, and a hefty portion of protein at one of your meals. You can also add a few berries and cheeses into your daily eating regimen.

But, by far, the way to up your carbs is with vegetables -- not pork rinds and water.

My two cents.....
