Default Yea for me!!!
My Cholesterol, and triglycerides are normal for the first time in years! My Cholesterol was over 300 when I started atkins, and today it is 185,, nt triglycerides are normal for the first time in soooo long! GO ATKINS!!!!!!

heykim, my doctor was a doubter two visits ago, and the last visit my cholesterol wasn't where it should be, and altho she had doubts about atkins, she told me I was doing well losing weight so don't worry about my cholesterol...medicine could control it( hadn't been doing to good of a job up to that point, I must say!) but it couldn't control my weight. Thats when I had peace about this whole diet. This time tho, my cholesterol was way, way down... and she simply said I did really great! I think I made a believer out of her.

ha! i bet you did! :-) .. thats terrific!... my PA says that i should come in to test.. but i need to fast the nite before... she is in no hurry tho cause my levels were great beFORE i lost the 50 lbs...
i just may go in after i get back from alaska... but it isnt a big priority with me right now...
