Choose a low carb plan to follow.
Buy the book for that plan.
Read the book.
Decide if it's right for you.
Visit your doctor for a complete checkup.
Buy the proper groceries, according to your plan, and stock your kitchen.
Prepare, prepare, prepare.
Mark your calendar for the day you will start so that you will be prepared mentally.
Start the first day of the rest of your life, as a prepared, informed low carber.
Come here and post often.
Ask questions.
Garner support.

You will succeed.

My two cents....

Ryanon,
The Atkins people have a UK-based website, where you should be able to find more of what you're looking for. The link is here.
