Default Weight loss

It's been a while since I have checked in - I was wondering if anyone has any tips - I discontinued my gym memebership because I will be moving in about a month - does anyone have tips on still losing weight since I won't be working out for a while - I have reduced the use of LC bread and diet juices? Anything else I should keep in mind - maybe I should do induction for a bit? Thanks for the help.

The gym is not absolutely essential for weight loss. In fact, unless you do very long cardio workouts, the calories you expend are not that substantial. What the gym does do, though, is it raises your metabolism so you burn a few more calories during the day. Find and do activities that will get your heart rate up. Even if it's just a couple minutes of something intense. If you do this a few times a day, you'll burn more than a once a day trip to the gym.

Just the act of moving should expend a good deal of calories. Spending your evenings packing your belongings in boxes rather than watching tv should be adequate exercise for the short term. Until you get to your new location, anyway.

You may also want to watch your calories during the activity loss. Also a nice relaxing walk at the end or beginning of the day may be in order.
