Has anyone tried this, and what do you think about it? Do you think it's okay as a lc hot drink? Went to the health store today but they didn't have my Keto Hot Cocoa - so picked this up instead...and of course, as I was reading the label in the car, noticed it had some corn syrup solids in it...find it really on the sweet side for me plus it doesn't have the L-Glutamine in it that I prefer with the Keto Hot Cocoa...nor does it have any fiber like the Keto does...even though the Keto isn't as sweet, I really think I prefer it over this stuff...but I'll tolerate it for now unless I'm told that it might affect my weight loss...if that's the case, I'll stop drinking it...am planning to order some Keto on Monday...

Personally I avoid anything that even hints at corn syrup. But you could try it and use it until the Keto brand comes in. If I rwemember correctly you are near goal and it's my opinion that as we get closer to goal we should try and introduce new foods and gauge their effects on us. That way we can get a clearer picture of what foods we can eat for the rest of our life.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it over the next week to see how it affects me. Because of its sweetness, I'm able to limit myself to one serving a day. And I can order the Keto on Monday but it won't be in until Thursday. I hope they're right on that. Last time, it took the place 2 weeks before the stuff came in...I guess I could do the same thing with this stuff that I do with the Keto...will put a serving in a 16 oz cup and fill it with hot water. Then, when it's 1/2 gone, will add more water (but no more Keto)...so basically, by the end of the day, I am literally just drinking hot water...I think doing that will deplete the sweet taste...weird I don't like how sweet it is...I use to have a massive sweet tooth! But that can only be a good thing...and I am close to goal...20 lbs away right now...
