    Default Carb Count in Coleslaw

I was looking this up on Fitday...and for the home prepared, it says 13 g of carbs. Well, I'm not too sure what would be considered in home prepared. But the coleslaw I had today at work - for 1 cup - was made with mayo, oil and vinegar - no sugar added whatsoever - and no sweetner...any ideas of how many carbs this might be considered? Thanks!

I'm not sure what the carb count would be... but the slaw we make at work we stick suggar in it.. i think we stick 1 cup of suggar per gallon of miraclewhip we use that insted of mayo beacuse mayo dont hold up like whip does once vinegar is added and we make 4 gallons at a time... that lasts 2-3 days.. i made 1/2 a gallon one time w/ splenda it tasted pretty much the same i like mine w/ more vinegar than we use in our recpie at work so... i did it to my likeing...

1 gallon of miraclewhip dressing goes along way w/ slaw dressing usualy spit up in to two containers and we go threw about 1 during a dinner rush.. feeding 80-90 people...

i cant realy give u much more than that..

If you want, give me the amounts of the ingredients you use to make your coleslaw. I'll run it through the DietPower recipe calculator; and then post the nutritional analysis.
