 Discussions with my doctor I went in for a complete physical today and came out without the doctor so much as laying a stethescope on me! I expected a pap, a scheduled mammogram, another appointment with my gyno and enough blood work to call some poor nurse a vampire--but we talked. . .pap from spring was fine--prior to this WOE despite my paper telling me to redo in 6 months, weight looked great to him--50 lbs down with my heavy sandals on (you know the ones with the 3 ton soles--little sister called them jesus sandals). He went through all my blood work from the last 6 months with me--comparisons from Jan to now anre startling--glucose--Jan--123--June--84. . .everything was in the normal range from June. . .He looked at my foot that stays swollen and is going to do some research to see about other possible treatments, blood pressure is good--119/81 today, refilled my asthma medications and we talked some more--PCOS seems to be under control for now--last scan of my ovaries was better--they no longer look like clusters of grapes as he put it, still bumpy but much more normal. He told me to try to get pregnant if I wanted to. . .no reason not to at this time! So all in all, a good dr. visit--finally!!!!!!

| Re: Discussions with my doctor IT does--I would still like to lose another 10 or so before it happens, but I feel great about it. . .I know if it happens immediately I am healthy enough to carry it and keep it healthy too! I am hoping that sometime in the next couple of months we can manage so that it is due right at the end of school so I have all summer before I have to send it to daycare. IF not, well, whenever God blesses us with another one is fine with me!
