I picked up a box of these "Simply Cooking" bags at the grocery, and I've got to say, I really love them. I wasn't sure if they would come in handy or not, but I've found them to be very helpful.

Specifically, even though they don't look that big, they fold out on the bottom so they stand up nicely. I can put an entire 16 bag of frozen veggies directly from the freezer into one of them, microwave it for about 6 minutes, and have hot veggies ready to go. You don't need any thaw time or extra water added.

These were a winner for me, and make it easier for me to add a variety of veggies to my dinner plans, so I thought I'd share.
