We buy the Carb Smart ice cream. It's in our WalMart supercenter. Be warned, it's addictive and easy to overdo on the portions. They only have vanilla. I believe it's from Breyers.

I don't eat much ice cream. However, when I need l/c ice cream for a dessert like a l/c baked alaska, I usually buy Carb Smart bars and use just enough by removing the ice cream from the sticks. It helps with portion control and freezing the unused bars until needed later does not take up much freezer space. If I bought the bulk containers, I would feel obligated to eat it, if for no other reason than to free up space in the freezer.

We have Bryers CarbSmart at our local WalMart, although there are a few other brands, some better than others. CarbSmart is good, but I would advise not overdoing it. They do have sugar alcohols, so one good sized bowl is fine. Two you'll probably regret.

We have chocolate in addition to vanilla here, and sometimes they have Strawberry, which I have never tried. The choc. is good, and the vanilla is okay, but tasted a little "off" to me.

I'd say just keep your eyes peel the next time you're in a different store. If you find some you like, you can also request your local store get some. They will sometimes order something specific at a customers request.
