Please do make sure you confirm your email address by clicking the link in the registration email you get from us. You won't have full access to the site unless you do. You'll also notice your name at the bottom of the forum home page remains gray until you've completed this step. And please "whitelist" the email address, forums [at] lowcarbeating.com in any spamfilter you have operating. as this is where the email will come from.
