Hello to the LCE Family.

As you may know, we work hard at LCE to bring solid, useful information, support and community to anyone following a low carb lifestyle. I believe very strongly that our mission is important, and am committed to keeping the support LCE provides freely available to anyone who is interested in taking advantage of it.

Running the site, however, is not free of expense. The ads usually cover the majority of our operating expenses, but our advertising income varies significantly depending on a number of factors (including time of year, general state of the economy, and number of people visiting the site). So I try to supplement our advertising revenue with other income whenever possible.

If you find this site of value to you, please consider helping to support what we do:

• Make a donation via PayPal. Any amount is very much appreciated.
  Please note: Logo on Paypal dontations page is for "Good Karma Host, " my business alter ego. Donations are also not tax-deductible. Sorry!
• Use the Links tagged "Support LCE" - If you make any purchases through these links, LCE gets a percentage of your puchase. I will be adding additional links as time goes on, so be sure to check occassionally.
