Anybody online here a hunk of the day would have noticed several times where the site was unavailable for about 5 minutes at a time, spread out throughout the day.

I updgraded our webserver security routines and the new secuirty rules caused various problems with different sites on the server, LCE included. (In this case, weight loss conteny is NOT spam, for example!!)

Fact is, I'm not a whiz at this stuff so it took some persistance (and help from my admin folks) to get it all right. But in the long run, it's good to tighten security for everybody.
