I was wondering how or if I can edit my photo album? I want to add more pictures but it says I don't have permission. Do I have to start a new album every time I want to add pictures?

Posting pictures is monitored by moderators. They are on a slight delay. The only reason is to prevent non-friendly types from posting something questionable. It will show up.

as far as adding photos. I was having the same problem, then tried this:
Click on the Edit instead of the add (the little eraser)
at the bottom of the edit window is the option to add pictures. That worked for me. and you can rearrange and change names/captions this way.
