gee, thanks so much Barb. I'm very happy to have this place to hang around in myself! I only wish I had more time to devote to it.

I'm in a good place right now as far as weight and I'm wearing size 10 pants (whoo hoo! I used to be 3X or 26X or whatever the biggest size available was!) - but I know I have to be on top of my eating, too. EVER VIGILANT is my motto! Not obsessive, mind you, just "Mindful."

And thank YOU for being such a vital part of the community here at LCE.

I wish you a year full of health, happiness and milestones achieved.
