As I am enjoying the site, I keep running across people with these really neat bars that show time locarbing and various excellent weightloss milestones along the way. I am WAAAAAAAAAY out from my goal weight, but I have lost consistently since I jumped back on the locarb wagon and even survived a bad fibroflareup and depression/pms day. I wanna post something that shows how proud I am of getting through that day without any self defeating food abuse. I am visual and adhd and I love those rewards and reminders for myself. Thanks everybody for your amazing posts in all forums!!!

I think you may be talking about the *tickers* at the bottom of people's posts?
If so, go to www.tickerfactory.com and it will walk you through how to put together your ticker and slider and how to attach it to your signature. Just FYI, Tickerfactory is fre; some others charge to use theirs.

Thanks for the info! I found it, made it, and copied the code. Just couldn't find how to add to signature. When I came back to lceating, I found a place to upload , but not to enter the code. Maybe i should get some sleep andtry tomorrow! lol
