Welcome all the way from Australia, i am new also to Atkins, and posting on forums, I wish you well, I have been on this diet for about five weeks,originally to see if my migraine headaches would diminish, which miraculously they did. I lost 6lbs. then I stopped. Got much encouragment on this site, I have stopped weighing myself daily, I feel great and I don't have much hunger. Good luck to you.

I apologise for the problem: I worked it out with the Chat company...
they were moving things around on their servers due to a denial of service attack on another chat room they host, and something got quirky on my chat account.

It should be fixed now.

well, I have to pay for a whole year up front with this one, and the money is due in January.
