| Andrea, Until the last week or so, the site remembered that I was logged in --- I never logged out. Now, every time I close the page, it logs out and I have to hit the login button again. I told it to remember the info, but I still have to hit the login. Do you have any idea how I can go back to permanently being logged in on this computer? (FWIW, I use Netscape). Thanks for all your work, for answering the little questions, and taking care of the big problems. Judy 180/139.5/138...almost there! "How long does getting thin take?" | OK, I tried another tactic --- still doesn't work. I went into the password manager and deleted all the passwords referenced to this site, and logged out. I then opened the window, started a new login and told it to remember me.... closed and tried again. I guess I'm destined to have to log in everytime I use the site on this computer. | Judy, I'm not Andrea. I would have jumped in here before, but I'm not familiar with Netscape. Do you have a place where the pages you have viewed are stored? In IE it is referred to as the "cache" and "temporary internet files" -- if you know where that is, you need to delete all of them along with all of your password files ("cookies" in IE) Then re-boot. I would also suggest doing a "disk clean up" and defragment your system while you are at it. Lord willing, that should take care of it. Blessings!
