16 oz, Refreshing Spring Water, Pungent Seal Whey
Snack: Tough jerky

Snack: Skethyl Berries, Mud snapper bites, Roast Tabuk Venison, Tundra berries,
Snack: Westfall stew, Pungent Seal Whey, Stormwind brie
Dinner: Roast coyote, bear, or raptor meat, Pungent Seal Whey
Remember to drink at least 64 oz. refreshing spring water daily. Add 8oz per each xp point earned and each pound you are overweight.
Oonagheenís diet tip: Weigh at least once a week. You should weigh early in the morning, and donít forget to take your armor off: I know all of you sleep in it. Weapon weight can be also subtracted.
